I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights altogether. the room was spacious and comfortable with a good sized terrace, overlooking the gardens pool and we even had a bit of a sea view. the hotel is situated by a fabulous reef and the snorkelling is fantastic. there is a shuttle to get to the beach (it’s only a few minutes walk) and then a few hundred yard walk to access the sea as the sea at beach belonging to the hotel is protected reef. there are 3 restaurants (which you need to book in advance) and the main self service restaurant. there is plenty of choice and the food is very good considering the large numbers of guests they need to cater for.

Very zen and serene resort. The staff is incredibly friendly, hard working and clean. They have gone above and beyond to make our stay most enjoyable. Best snoring we have ever done and it's right by the shore. You don't even have to take a boat out or go on an excursion to see the most magnificent corals and colored fish. We even swam right next to a sea turtle and saw an eel, stingrays, puffer fish, and lion fish. The water was so clear with an unimaginable beautiful color that changed depending on the time of day. Overall, it was a very enjoyable trip and we are already planning to go back!

We did several hotels in Egypt and even though this hotel is ranked 4 stars I can assure you that it is way better than all 5 stars we stayed in. Great diversity of food, with several options both international and local. We were upgraded and had an amazing room with sea view. Nice yoga and stretching sessions on the beach. The beach is amazing with beautiful corals and some turtles just in front of the hotel (no need to rent a boat to go far to see beautiful fishes). Nice separation between calm areas and more dynamic ones. Wifi was working extremely well everywhere, including the beach

The hotel was very nice: the buildings, the rooms and specifically the comon areas including the pools and gardens. The personnel very helpful and nice. Good animation with a friendly and motivated team! It is importnat to mention that due to the coral reef, the access from the beach is forbidden to the sea, which for us was a good news... we are divers and we are in favour of protecting the coral reef. A nearby beach ( 10 min walk from the hotel) offers access to the sea and is an excellent diving and snorkeling spot with a great scuba diving club.

The house reef is amazing and we appreciate that they hotel tries to help to preserve it by not allowing to enter the sea directly. the private beach area is very nice and clean, service in the whole resort very friendly. big variety of food and drinks as it is an all inclusive resort in the middle of the desert. Best food experience was fresh fish (for a reasonable extra money) in the seafood restaurant, which was really excellent.
